Pricing and plans
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing stops. You keep creating instances as usual, and the next period is billed at the smallest plan that fits the most production instances you ran in the period. A plan never goes down on its own: you choose a smaller one.
What counts as a production instance?
Each client Odoo running in production counts as one, whatever its size, version or edition. Its staging and dev environments do not count.
Do staging and dev cost extra?
No. Every production instance comes with staging and dev at no extra cost. They sleep when idle and wake on the first visit, so they use your servers only while someone works on them.
Who pays for the servers?
You do. Your clients' Odoo runs on servers you bring, from the provider you choose, and you pay that provider directly. The plan covers the platform: the panel, the agent on your servers and its updates.
Are Odoo Enterprise licenses included?
No. Odoo Enterprise subscriptions are contracted with Odoo S.A. as usual and are separate from your Ramphast plan. Community needs no license.
Which currency do I pay in?
US dollars, through Paddle. Where your servers or your clients are does not change the price.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes. The price shown is the total you pay: where a tax applies, it is already included.

Do my clients' instances run on your servers?
No. They run only on the servers you connect. Ramphast runs the panel; your servers run Odoo.
Community or Enterprise?
Both. You choose the Odoo versions and editions you offer.
What do I need to start?
One or more Ubuntu servers, a domain on Cloudflare, S3-compatible storage for backups and an outgoing mail service. We help you set them up.
Can another partner see my clients?
No. Each partner sees only its own servers, clients and instances.
How do my clients sign in?
You create their accounts from the panel. Each client gets a portal with its environments, backups and support tickets.
Which languages does it speak?
The panel and the client portal are in English and Spanish, and each person chooses their own.
Can I bring clients I already host?
Yes. A client can upload an existing Odoo backup from the portal, and Ramphast checks it before restoring it.
